Privacy policy

Felix plans your days, which means you trust it with unusually personal information — your goals, your schedule, your mornings. This page explains what Felix collects, why, where it lives, and how to get it deleted. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What Felix collects

Your email address, used to sign you in (Felix uses emailed sign-in links and codes — there are no passwords) and to reach you about your account.

What you tell Felix: your goals, morning briefs, daily plans, chat messages, check-ins, and day-close records. This is the substance of the product, and it is stored so your plans and history work.

Your voice, if you choose to speak: when you use voice input, the audio is sent for transcription and the resulting text is used like anything else you tell Felix. Felix keeps the transcript, not the audio.

Basic product analytics: anonymous events like “landing page viewed” or “onboarding completed”, tied to a random session identifier. Felix does not use advertising trackers, third-party ad cookies, or fingerprinting, and does not track you across other sites.

How your information is used

To run Felix — nothing else. Your goals and briefs become your plans; your history makes future plans better. Felix does not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to planning your days.

AI processing

Felix uses OpenAI’s API to interpret briefs, build plans, and transcribe voice input. The content you give Felix is sent to OpenAI for that processing. Under OpenAI’s API terms, this data is not used to train their models. No advertising or analytics companies receive your content.

Where your data lives

Your account and everything in it are stored with Supabase (managed Postgres hosting), and the application runs on Vercel. Both are established infrastructure providers; data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to what’s needed to operate Felix.

Cookies

Felix uses essential cookies only — the ones that keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active, because your history is what makes Felix useful. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@letfelix.com from your account address and it will be done within 30 days, with confirmation when complete.

Children

Felix is not intended for children under 16, and Felix does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above will change and meaningful updates will be announced in the product, not buried.
