Terms of service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These are the terms for using Felix (letfelix.com). They are short on purpose. By creating an account or using Felix, you agree to them.

What Felix is

Felix is a daily planning tool: it turns your goals and what you tell it each morning into an ordered plan for the day, adjusts that plan when you ask, and learns from what you record. Felix is in active early development — features will change, improve, and occasionally break. That is part of using a young product, and feedback is genuinely wanted.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address and for keeping access to your inbox secure, since emailed links and codes are how Felix knows it’s you. One account per person; you must be 16 or older.

Pricing

Felix is free to use right now. We plan to introduce a paid subscription later. Before that happens, you’ll get clear notice by email ahead of time, and nothing will start costing you money unless you choose to subscribe.

Your content

Everything you put into Felix — goals, briefs, plans, messages — remains yours. You give Felix permission to store and process it solely to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

What Felix is not

Felix offers planning suggestions, not professional advice. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial adviser, and its plans are no substitute for one. You decide what to do with your day; Felix proposes, you dispose.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempting to break or overload it, no scraping other people’s data, no using Felix to plan anything unlawful, and no reselling access. Accounts used this way may be suspended or closed.

Availability and liability

Felix is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it fast, correct, and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felix’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending things

You can stop using Felix and request account deletion whenever you like. Felix may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the date above changes and you’ll be told in the product before the new terms apply to you.
